Further training
Usage of expert knowledge-individual questions can be answered immediately without loss of time and high competence; unknown programmes/apps explained to participants-improvement of IT knowledge of programmes/apps used during the project reduces risk of technical problems which lead to frustration and worse working results; teachers are able to help pupils who are responsible for teaching their classmates in certain programmes if they need help; usage of programmes outside of project in normal classes possible; reduction of burnout through self-confidence; common level of knowlegde as a starting point makes cooperation easier
Coordination of work
Personal encounters and common agreements reduce the risk of misunderstanding and conflicts during the work on the project;
Developing material (questionnaires, forms, rules) for everybody reduces the workload for the individual participant and therefore the risk of burnout
Getting to know partners
Socializing increases trust in each other and therefore guarantees the success of the project; informal talks about the schools and the pupils gives the partners an impression of what can be achieved and therefore leads to realistic expectations; involvement of as many German colleagues as possible to reduce the workload for the coordinator and to improve language skills of teachers that don´t teach English; getting first contact to company Kärcher (employer of migrants) which can be intensified during mobility C4
